This is a vintage 1992 Tonka Cement Mixer toy from McDonald’s Happy Meal collection. The toy is still sealed in its original bag, which shows some wear and creasing consistent with age. The cement mixer rotates and tilts as shown on the packaging. A collectible item for fans of vintage toys and McDonald’s memorabilia.
