Welcome to Mama’s Goodies! We sell a mix of new, used, pre-owned, vintage, and one-of-a-kind items. Please review all photos, descriptions, measurements, and condition details before placing an order.

Item Condition

Many of our items are used, pre-owned, vintage, open-box, or estate-sourced. These items may show normal signs of use, age, storage wear, fading, small marks, scratches, or other imperfections.

We do our best to inspect, photograph, and describe every item as accurately as possible. Photos are part of the item description, so please review them carefully before purchasing.

Shipping

We ship orders through USPS. Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item has shipped. After an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package falls to the buyer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our shop:

Pickup is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Local Delivery

We offer local delivery through We Ship for customers located within 20 miles of our store.

Local delivery is usually completed within 24 hours during the business week. Orders placed on Friday may be delivered by Monday.

Deliveries will be placed at the front door or another specific spot requested by the customer. We will take a photo as proof of delivery and email confirmation once the order has been delivered.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds are for the cost of the product only. Shipping charges are not refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Returned items must be in the same condition they were received. Items cannot be used, opened, damaged, altered, or returned incomplete.

If an item is returned used, opened, damaged, or not in the same condition, the return may be denied.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at mamasgoodies25@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging.

Sales Tax

We collect Pennsylvania sales tax only for Pennsylvania customers when required by law. Sales tax, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

Order Issues or Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if there is an inventory error, pricing mistake, payment issue, shipping issue, suspected fraud, or another problem that prevents us from completing the order.

Privacy

We only collect customer information needed to process orders, accept payments, ship purchases, provide local pickup or delivery, and offer customer service.

We do not sell customer personal information. Customer information may be shared only as needed with payment processors, shipping services, website tools, or other services needed to complete your order.
