This is a vintage 1994 McDonald’s Happy Meal toy from the Jim Henson’s Muppet Workshop series featuring the character What-Not Cowboy. The toy is made of plastic and features a yellow figure with a purple cowboy hat and a red guitar. The top opens to reveal a hollow interior.
