This is a vintage 1998 McDonalds Happy Meal toy featuring Chien Po from Disney’s Mulan. It is a spinning top toy, item number 7 in the series. The toy is new and still sealed in its original packaging. The packaging has some creases but is intact, showing the McDonalds and Disney Mulan branding clearly.
