This is a 1998 McDonald’s Happy Meal toy featuring TJ from the Disney animated series Recess. The figurine comes with a ball and is still sealed in its original polybag packaging. The toy was manufactured for McDonald’s Corporation and is safety-tested for children ages 3 and over.
